2014: When LEMO connected to NORTHWIRE
It’s been just over 5 years since LEMO acquired US cable manufacturer NORTHWIRE. It was an important step “beyond connectors” for the Group and a new dimension for NORTHWIRE. It was also a natural marriage between two perfectly complementary family-owned companies.
Growth spurt for LEMO 5
Exactly 10 years ago, the LEMO 5 factory was extended to its current size. The company plays a crucial role in the LEMO galaxy, producing a significant amount of the brass components for its connectors.
LEMO Opens New Nursery School in Switzerland
The nursery school for LEMO employees' children is located near the factory site in Ecublens. It will have space for 22 children including 5 babies, 7 toddlers and 10 pre-schoolers. It is open Monday to Thursday from 6:30 to 17:00 and Friday from 6:30 to 15:30. The name "Les m?mes" sounds like "LEMO" and stands for "the kids" in French
